JSON to CSV Converter
Turn a JSON array of objects into spreadsheet-ready CSV — with proper quoting for commas, quotes, and line breaks.
How it works
CSV looks simple — values separated by commas — until a value itself contains a comma, a quote, or a line break. This converter follows the widely-used RFC 4180 rules: any field containing one of those characters is wrapped in double quotes, and a literal quote inside a field is written as two quotes (""). The column headers are the union of every key found across your objects, in first-seen order, so ragged objects (like Carol's missing notes above) simply get an empty cell. Nested objects and arrays are serialized back to compact JSON strings inside their cell rather than being dropped. Paste the result straight into Excel, Google Sheets, or any database import tool.
