How to play
Press Start and one pad lights up with its tone. Repeat it by pressing the same pad. Each round the game replays the whole sequence and adds one more pad to the end — and the playback gets a little faster as the rounds climb. Press a wrong pad and the game ends; your score is the number of rounds you completed, and your best is saved on this device.
Memory athletes chunk long sequences into groups of three or four and attach a rhythm or a little melody to them — with four distinct tones, Echo sequences turn into tunes surprisingly quickly. If you get lost mid-round, hum the tune back from the start rather than guessing where you were.
