Calorie Calculator
Estimate the calories your body burns at rest and how many you need per day for your activity level.

How it works
This calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, the most widely validated formula for resting energy use: for men, 10×weight + 6.25×height − 5×age + 5; for women the same with −161 instead of +5 (weight in kg, height in cm). That gives your BMR — what you’d burn lying in bed all day. Multiplying by an activity factor (1.2 for sedentary up to 1.9 for extra active) gives TDEE, your estimated total daily calorie needs. It’s a solid starting estimate, not medical advice — real needs vary with muscle mass, hormones, and daily routine.
